Omni Power LCA's

So i've been riding on these for about 8months and 10 000kms and i must say that the bushings are looking pretty beat up and i can also feel them alot more than i used to. i dont even drive hard or track.

These are the revised lca's, without the star, that we're meant to have an improved bushing, however not poly.

anyone have experience with omni lcas and when should i considered changing to poly.

if you are having excessive noise the bushing might be blown. but check to see that all your suspension components are tightened up. if the problem is still there, drop by and we can have it warrantied for you.

the new omni lca are poly urathene and brushed aluminum

one of the bushings is like cracked, they are both seriously sagging with a buldge and the metal ring around the bushing is rusty causing the whole unit to rust, they have never even seen winter.

i should've replaced them with poly bushings but i figured they would be good enough for daily street driving.

thanks john for the clarification...i got the following from you in september (i just checked)....apparently these were the revised ones...second model after the first one with a star on them...

so how good is vulcanized rubber then? how long do you expect it to last under normal driving conditions? still we get a two year warranty on them right????????

My SRR LCA has the same bushing I believe, and it has been 3 years daily driving and track days, so far so good.

Polyurethane bushing does interest me.
