Oil Temperature Readings

Out of curiousity for those with Oil Temp gauges, what oil temperatures are you guys running?
Please state engine, if you have an oil cooler on your car or not and where the temp sender is located.
For myself: 00 B16, added factory water/oil cooler and my sender is in the oil pan. I've replaced the drain plug w/ the sender.
My temps are at ~140-150F stop n go or close to 180F prolonged hi-rpm highway driving.

Are these temps normal?
Done some research and it seems like mine are a lil low compared to others. However, the placement of the sender seems to play a big part in the readings I've come across.
