Oil Pan removal

Whats up?

I got the pan off but its stuck between the header and engine block. Do i have to disconnect the header from the exhaust manifold or will i get the pan off by disonnecting the 2 bolts on the cat and just bending the header back to get the pan out?

Helms has nothing on oil pan removal.

drop the header at the head... bending the header either won't happen cuz it's cast iron, or you'll tear the studs right out if you try hard enough. You got a new pan? Don't forget the whole gasket thing and everything (manifold gasket too). Then putting it back in, remember there is a sequence to tightening the bolts... use the same sequence as the manual displays for the valve cover. Good luck
