oil found in intake manifold!

Hey, I did the ls vtec swap over the winter. Put a 95 gsr head on ly 94 ls block. Car ripped great for 2 months, then started blowing smoke out the tail pipe. Ripped the intake manifold off and found oil in cylinders 1,2 and 4. 3 looked good. Also took the headers off and found oil in cylinders 1,2 and 4.
What would be causing my intake mani to be sucking in oil??

There's probably a lot of gunka nd crap in your engine

not sure. but maybe an oil catch can might help? correctme if im wrong.
