oil change
how much oil do you get back out of your motor when you do an oil change?
assuming everything is in working order, no leaks, not burning large amounts of oil and you do your oil changes on time..

Check your helms Rob. When I was reading it, the helms had a section for Oil Requirements (for say a brand new motor) and one for regular oil change. I would assume the first number (brand new engine) is how much the motor needs to operate. The second how much drains out of the engine and needs to be replaced. If I remember correctly a brand new motor is roughly 4.5 liters and a regular oil change is around 4, give or take.
