The only restriction is in the use of the storage cylinder. Refill depots will refuse to fill a cylinder that has passed the five year tank certification period.

I had a pic of a car in a garage that had a bottle warmer on the nos bottle.......NO PURGE VAVLE! WHAT A MORON! Can you say K-A-B-O-O-M!!!!! Back of car, all gone! If any one has a pic of this, please post it here. Nos is safe if it is installed by a trained person. (I was talking to one of my car club members from Bradford, [mechanic, into Chevy's & Ford's], And he say's that "nos falls into the same catagory as DUAL FUEL SYSTEM VEHICLES, ie propane and natural gas in conjunction with a regular gas motor, and has to abide by simmular rules." I'll see if I can get more ifo on this......
I had to post this....sorry about the bandwidth thing Duy. Thought it was funny.....

My opinion nos or any form of it should ONLY be used in supervised track conditions. And not i repeat not to be usedon the street. It is not safe if you get rear ended you could be in a lot of trouble the nos bottle is right abouve your gas tank can you imagine what would happen. ala fast and furious okay not like that but it could happen .Please use nos carefully if you decide that you want to use it

I agree, more specifically, only for drag/straight line races. it's not like TC or SC where power increases linearly. the streets are not always straight, you'll be in for a surprise when the nitrous suddenly kicks in in the middle of a turn.
