Baby Blue Ricer

Just got the car from the repair center, the rear right wheel is making a consistant sound, the faster I travel, the faster it is. It's like if theres a nail on the tire... Tire pressue droped 0.5psi (both cold temperature, for like 5 hour difference). What could this be?

Second problem is, many times turning left, the rear left side of the car (sounds like the structs) goes clunk.
