just recently my car started to make a strange noise in the front end when going over bumps, like speed bumps and the crests of the ramp in the parking garage.. but the noise goes away after a little while, and only comes back after the car has been sitting there for a while.

could this be from all the dust in the air down there? there's construction going on so everything gets dusted while it's down there.. or is it more likely that something is going wrong with shocks and springs?

what should i do? anything?

are we talking creaks, squeaks, knocks, thumps or what??

i guess it's kind of like a squeak, but not a very high-pitched squeak, sort of like a door that doesn't fit right squeezing shut.
