EAC?

You need to replace your FAST IDLE VALVE. It provides the extra air needed based on coolant temp. So when the car is cold, it opens up.

check under your throttle body that is where my fast idle vavle was (B16A1)...

If it's a B18b motor, it will be electronically controlled by the IACV (Idle Air Control Valve).

If the sensor was unplugged you would get no fast idle - but you would also get a Check Engine Light on the dash (Asuming it's correctly hooked up).

i didn't get a engine light... and i already replaced the fast idle valve and still didn't work
