New tires n wheels
 

I just got new tires mounted onto my rims, and it makes a humming sound when im driving i think its coming from the back, any ideas?

yer rubber might be coming in contact with the road..

it can be normal.....specially if its the first time you are riding on this low a profile. low pro tires will generally pickup more road noise as compared to a higher meaty profile tires.

i noticed something similar when i switched from a 65 profile to a 45 profile.

Depending on the tread pattern and trear compound of the tires, some are quieter then others. A high performance tire designed for a sports car will probably be much louder then an all season tire desigend for a luxury car. A knobby winter tire is louder then a summer tire for example.

yeah if you got cheapo tires, it's called road noise... or perhaps your tire guy mounted directional tires ass backwards.
