New To me EK.. A UNsolvable Problem

I have a question. I just bought a Roma Red 96 Civic CX Hatch, D16y7, 5 speed. Now the car runs fine. Idles fine, accelerates smoothly, yada yada, needs new seats :S Anyway, The problem I am having is that when I am above 40-50km/hr and I lay off the gas and turn the wheel a little to the right and further, I get this slow thumping. I can't feel it on the gear shift, but I can feel it on my feet and you can hear it? It is in all gears when you are off the gas but if you put the engine under load it goes away. I've singled out that its not the short CV axle as I replaced that earlier tonight. There is nothing rubbing anywhere under the hood whatsoever or the wheel wells. The car had the entire brake system updated yesterday at a Garage so I am wondering if a Rotor could possibly be causing the noise perhaps? New Pads/rotors. I am assuming that the lugs should tighten everything down though..

Any ideas?

Have your wheel bearings checked out.
