I'm think of Making my 93 Si SOHC vtec - turbo charged

i have checked out homemadeturbo.com

but i am not very technically inclined

Can anyone tell exactly what i need to make this turbo kit happen

Trying to work with a low budget - and don't want to run more then 5-6 psi

so that my stock fuel injectors can keep up

So i know i need

92-95- cx-vx exhaust maifold

Fuel -Pressure Regualtor/guage

Turbo ?? which kind should i get T25 ??

better fuel pump ??

what kind of intercooler ?

bov ??

what else ??


Anyone know which shop is good and can help me with this without burning my pocket $$

Let me know what you guys think on how i should do this or go abouts doing this

So far a got a majority of parts for mine:

TD04L turbo $400
Golf 1.8T intercooler $200
Holley 255lph FI pump $250
Venom 440cc injectors $250

so what I need now are:
Apexi S-AFC or Greddy e-manage or Hondata - about $6-700 budget
Custom manifold - $500
Catalytic Converter - $250
Cat-back exhaust (Greddy or RS*R) 2.5" - $1200
Turbo Timer - $200
Boost Controller - $3-800 budget
Oil Lines
Coolant Lines
I/C Piping
Subaru BOV - $200
Fittings, hoses, misc - about $500

And that should get me about 10 psi on stock internals worth about 200 whp and about equal torque.

At 6 psi, I don't think you have to intercool, but you are prolly looking at only a 25-35 hp gain. I'm doubling my horsepower in mine.

BTW, I think for your setup, a T25 or a 14b will be fine.
