I would suggest the Apex-i World Sport catback exhaust. I have this system on my EL and am very happy with it. It is nice and quiet (almost sounds stock) in normal city driving, but also has a nice growl when you really get on the gas. As for a header, I would recommend DC Sports. I have the DC 4-2-1 CC header on my EL and have never had any problems.

I paid about $800 for the Apex-i WS and the DC header should be around $500-$600 (I bought mine a few years ago, so I'm not sure what the price is now a days)

Just my 2 cents.

I agree. If you want a nice and quiet exhaust go with the Apexi WS. DC headers are OK. I have the DC 4-1 CC on my car and it works well but the quality isnt the greatest. i guess you get what you pay for because these things are cheaper than most other headers out there. btw, i suggest you get the 4-1 rather than the 4-2-1. check out www.dcsports.com for their dyno's. looks like the 4-1 makes more power than the 4-2-1 across the whole power band.

I do alot of city driving, so I didn't want a header that was mostly top end power gains (4-1). Thats why I chose the 4-2-1, for more of a midrange power gain.
