Unhappy need silencer!! got a warning :(

Does anyone have spare silencers lying around?? I have a vibrant axle-back 2" inlet/outlet and 3.5" tip... the cop thought it was too loud

...It could've been because it was 1:30AM on a sort-of-residential street.. at least he only gave me a warning!

In case no one has a spare silencer lying around... can anyone point me in the right direction on where to find one? I'm located in Mississauga. I tried Parts Source but they didnt have anything

Let me know! Thanks.

even if he pulls you over again, and gives you a ticket he'll never win in court, fuken cops think they are huma db testers

just do what i do, when you see a cop from a distince, lay off the gas

odd thing was... i was TRYING to be quiet... i was doing 2-3k rpm because i know what it sounds like to have a punk kid driving down your own street in 1st at 50km/h on a sunday night

still interested in a silencer though, so let me know what you've got!

i almost had the same thing happen to me. no way to avoid it unless you have a silencer because cops are cruising around at night with nothing better to do . either silencer or just don't stay out late!

Maybe you should cruise at Neutral when driving by a cop, thus you lay off the gas and let the car fly by itself...

I wish people would just run a friggin' resonator on there civics if they insist on having a loud *** canister style muffler.

Get a real cat back with a Resonator. You might even get a Few HP with that extra noise.
