There's a reason Altech is an affiliate. Go with the ZC he put one in my car for a good price and I haven't had any problems. I highly recommend you go there.

I got a ZC installed at Altech -
yeah it costs a little money - but it's done RIGHT! and I was happy(they had in swapped in an afternoon too)

+ ZC with an SI tranny is a peppy little motor .

ya if you wanna pay out the ***...and the cx tranny is garbage you wont' feel any speed difference with that POS in there......go to altech and get them to drop a DOHC zc with si tranny and call it a day...that is the motor you want not that other POS...the wiriing woudl be insane to get the obd2 in...jsut go direct drop save money and have a faster car in the end..sounds good to me....DOHC zc and stop fingering your ******* over a crap SOHC vtec motor...DOHC zc DOHC zc with si tranny...will be way faster...I stress WAY! faster...

Splitfire did a swap for me and I've had no problems. Plus they were fast and cheap.

well its final. the car was delivered to Paul at Splitfire last night. went this afternoon and my D15b was there waitin to be dropped in. The reason why I choose Paul was cause he listens to what you want then makes a suggestion and tells u why to go another route if he thinks u should. i wanted a D16y8. he said he would do it but let me know that the motor would have high km's on it. So i went for the D15b. I called Altech and all he wanted to do was a ZC. i don't know much about them and wanted VTEC anyways. i went SOHC to keep this "project" car of mine on a budget. Anyways thanks again for all the help.
