Need Help Quick!! Lugnut Prob

Ok guyz...I was just putting on my summer rims and turns out that one of my lugnuts has worn out.

I realized that once I tightened it as much as I could and then the wrench started to slip alot .

The problem is that this isnt a regular lugnut. There is a little attachment that I pop onto my wheel wrench b4 I plug that into the lugnut. Because the wrench isnt what turns the lugnut...the lugnut has threads at the bottom part and is open from the top where it takes a hexagon shaped insert (the lil attachment)

Ive checked Crappy tire and the one I got from there does not work at all.

The writing on the lugnut is 12X15XRHT and its black

Can someone please help me???
I need to know what place I am bound to find it...any affiliates carry this?? lmk

need it ASAP

Most tire shops will have the tools to take out stripped lug nuts.

the stripping is not the issue...its finding a lugnut that fits in without ruining my rims. Something similar to what I have right now...
any stores/ shops you can name that might carry these lugnuts?

from your explaination its just a regular lock lug nut right? And the pattern on it is stripped so you can fit your socket or attachment on it?

its a regular lugnut, and its open from top and bottom, bottom has a thread, and the top is a hexagon shapped head. I then have a lil hexagon shapped tool that I attach onto my wrench and then insert that into my lugnut to tighten or loosen it. So the hexagon area on the lugnut is stripped. Im pretty sure its gonna be a pain to get out, but Im sure a shop wil be able to do that for me. I just cant seem to find a new replacement lugnut. The ones from CT are regular..they are tightened or loosened by simply using the wrench only but those are not fitting my rims right. cuz the top is too big to slide into the hole to screw on..

I know, Im not so worried about it not comming out....I think I could probably get it out myself..I just cant seem to find a replacement for it

But..
I did some research..and came across something called hex locks. Looks like this is it, now I just gotta find a place that sells it.

Long shot, but try just the a 3/8 or 1/2 rachet without any socket on it.

Worked for my buddy who lost his key.
