The fenderline on the Civics is lower in the rear then in the front giving the appearence that rear is lower. Give it a few weeks and let everything settle. What kind of springs do you have?

the rear should not be almost tucking on stock springs, however the front is usually 1-2 fingers higher. My EL was like that with stock springs, looked odd to me but thats how they are.

If your rear is almost tucking on stock springs, something is not right. Rear should be atleast 1" gap with damn near 2" gap in the front.
