The fenderline on the Civics is lower in the rear then in the front giving the appearence that rear is lower. Give it a few weeks and let everything settle. What kind of springs do you have?

imported_mikepasini 24-May-2006 12:15 PM

yeah, i had the same problem with my ek... but it was my springs that sagged... so i bought new ones... and now my problem is fine, but i know my box int he back lowers it a bit in the rear

that's how EK's are... I ended up going the coilover route so i could adjust it an make it look exactly how i liked it...

some springs are just ****ty and sag more then others.

the rear should not be almost tucking on stock springs, however the front is usually 1-2 fingers higher. My EL was like that with stock springs, looked odd to me but thats how they are.

If your rear is almost tucking on stock springs, something is not right. Rear should be atleast 1" gap with damn near 2" gap in the front.
