HELP HELP need help with lug nuts car is on jacks

okay..first question is
1. should the hub require a rubber washer between the hub and rim?
2. will an 04's steelies fit onto a 96 without having to modify or change the hub or washer?

can't think of anything right now but i will add on as we go.

i just finished putting my winter tires on and i went for a drive and noticed vibrations....i quickly realised that the lock nut was the only nut that was holding the rim in place because the other lug nuts were too short and closed ends and did not tighten up and this is why i feel the vibrations..anyone know of a place that is open late that sells open head lug nuts???

please email me or call me if you know anyone selling 12 of them as i need them urgent..i have work tomorrow in the morning....

THIS SUCKS!!!!

1. Aftermaket wheels usually require a hubcentric ring to centre the wheels on the hubs. OEM wheels do not because they are made for the car.
2. 04 steelies fit perfect. Same bolt pattern and offset. 96 has 14" wheels and the 04 has 15" wheels. I have 03 wheels on my 98 Civic.

The wheels may need to be balanced, that could be why they are vibrating. Honda also sels longer lugnuts if you need them.
