I need some help from you guys here, those who purchased from the memeber Jacsha on the groupbuy for the replica mugen muffler, I have sent my money to Mr. Jacob Poon, he recieved it last week and he said he will go pick it up from the storage and ship it out, I have yet seen my muffler and he never reply to any of my emails since then.

Those who purchased from this person can you give me his contact so I can track him down and find out what's going on? So far I only have his email address and mailing address, if he doesn't reply to my emails I have no other means of contacting him.

Maybe the person who organized the groupbuy can help me contact him as well?

I organized the GB. We purchased a total of 9 replica mugen twin loop mufflers from Jacob through the GB.. all arrived within 7 days without any issues, all GB participants were happy with their purchase,

Now as far as i can tell, you bought your muffler privately after the GB ended (actually months after the GB ended). If he received your money last week the muffler is probably still in transit, as it takes about 7-10 days to ship from Vancouver to Toronto.

He just posted on the groupbuy thread saying that he lost my money order, that tells me he haven't shipped the muffler out yet, I know money order cannot be stopped and cannot be re-issued after months. Now I am stuck and I don't know what to do.

And he provided me with a new email address as contact, although he still haven't reply to any of my replies yet. I have no idea how this will turns out to be but I am defintely not a happy camper.

You emaile dhis new address today right? Give him a day or 2 to respond, and see what he says.

1. go to the bank with the recipt portion of the money order
2. tell them you haave lost it and want a replacement
3. they will do a search for it to see if it was cashed
4. if it wasn't they will get you to sign a Bond of indemnity
5. the draft is replaced
6. if after it is replaced, the original is cashed... you are charged with fraud

Thanks guys, I will wait for Jacob to reponse to my emails first, just getting anxious here cause of the delays/disappearance/confusion ... maybe it's all just co-incident, **** tends to have a way to find each other all the time so bad things tends to happen all at the same time.

dont worry man, Jacob wont rip you $379 and take off...many ppl like me also like his mufflers, i bought 2 and my friend and I couldnt be more than happy with it and jacob is a cool guy to talk to and deal with. just be patience and wait few more days before you draw the conclusion.

if you guys want a real muffler and not these kid ones get the flowmaster delta flow. its the best muffler made. 2.5 in and 2.5 out centre centre. computer designed internals for the best performance while taking out all the high noise and low interior resonance. only 130 bucks but nothing is better. 40 series. most guys put them on mustangs but its perfect for a civic. plus you paint it black and cops will never bug you again.

Anyway I was talking with Jacob on the phone last night and it's all good now, it's all just a big misunderstanding.
