need help car shakes when breaking

i don't know what's the problem. i took it to two mechanics and they both said my breaks are fine. i replaced my cvboots and my tie rods and i also got an alignment. even after all this was done my car still shakes when i break. i got a 93 civic. Anybody else have some ideas?

is it the pedal that vibrates or the steering wheel?

take your car to another mechanic and have them check inner and outter tie-rods...shaking in the steering wheel is usually caused by worn chassis/suspension parts

but yea, take it to another shop and get them to check the brakes for hot spots (warpage, seized caliper etc) and the tie-rods, ball joints etc.

i checked, rotors for a 99 hodna civic (front) cost $74 each + they have to be machined anyways which honda charges $160 for (both frotn rotors) so it's not really economical to get the rotors replaced.

if there is a place that sells em for $20, and machines them for 15$, please let me know

If you are a member, $54 from Parkway Honda

REPLACE THE ROTORS, don't machine them
