NEED HELP! B18 vtec engine

NEED HELP! B18 vtec engine
When ever the engine is cold at around 2200 rpm there is a destinct sound (sounds like metal rattling) but when the egine warms up the sound goes away. Is it the AEM cam gears? Only sounds when the engine is cold....If anyone knows about this problem please help me! It's annoying!

Engine has 230k KM.

Might be all honda engines....not just the integra vtec...

valves?
What about the valves cluster...are they worn out?

Where is the sound coming from? Maybe it's the head shields rattling.

I can't tell
i can't tell where the sound is coming from but it only sounds when the engine is cold. U could be right though.
