Need HELP: Automatic B18C into automatic EG swap

I'm swapping an automatic JDM B18C motor (OBDI) into an automatic 95 Civic EX. I have two concerns, the difference between auto and manual and the difference between USDM and JDM. I don't know if that's going to change the way you do the wiring.

My friend is doing the wiring on it right now and he says there's 3 plugs comming from the B18C's tranny that don't go anywhere because the stock harness doesn't have plugs for those 3. So basically we don't know where that's suppose to go.

Also what else do we need to do with the wires to get it to start?

any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot.

well do the wiring as you would for a manual tranny car, and try to start it.

as for the tranny wiring, locate a shop manual for a japanese car and try to deciper the wiring schematics to see what those plugs are. no one here is gonna know simply because no one here would swap an auto GSR into a car.

It starts!!!

my friend did something with the wires. He used the JDM harness and extended the wires I think. I'm not so sure but it starts. The problem now is the shifting. When you turn the engine on, the wheels just starts spinning and accelerating WHEN IT'S IN "P". So it's jacked up off of the ground right now. He said he needs to do something with the shift linkage or something. I dunno. The speedometer went up to around 60 and then I turned it off. I dunno if the speedometer is right though.

It's really loud, but I think that's because I don't have the bottom part of the headers. So I'm ordering a header right now.

I still got other little problems like the motor mount and stuff like that but that's not important to me right now. I just need it to start and run. The tranny is hangin' a little low underneath the car, (so basically it's stickin' out a little). I think it's because of the passenger side mount. My engine bay doesn't have extra room compared to the other swap pics that I see online and the motor is slanted and not straight. But that's ok, as long as it runs, I can fix that later right?.

Got any idea on what to do about that accelerating problem?
