Angry Need help ASAP(spring install)

Here's the deal, I'm installing my H&R springs into my 95 civic. I ran into problems with the left side so I bought an electric impact gun to problem solved. Now I can't get the right side off. I've tried liquid wrench, WD40 and the impact gun. I have a pic showing the bolt.

Any other suggestions greatly appreciated. I'm losing my mind

Heat it up with a propane torch.

How much power does a eletric impact wrench have?

As much as an air one?

So you can replace the bushing and take the fork off...

I find it easier to drop the fork lower inorder to remove the shock. Is there another way of doing this?

heat's the best way, just keep it away from gas/brake lines..
also something i wouldn't recommend if you wanna save the bushing..

what side are you trying to loosen, if you can hit it with the gun from the nut side..chances are the bolt is siezed in the spacer and the spacer is siezed in the bushing..when you hit it with the gun the energy is being absorbed by the bushing..
then hammer the shyt outta the bolt to get it out..replace bolts and nuts and any spacers that might be there..
use anti-sieze when re-assembling..

I used a small propane torch and heated the nut side of the bolt, then used the impact while it was still hot. There was a little bit of bushing stuck to the bolt when removed, but it's all back together and I'm about to begin the rears.

Just a reminder to everyone out there, WD40 is flammable and will catch fire when in contact with flame Good thing water hose was beside me

I'm glad you didn't burn your house down!

HAhaha, that's funny though.

Well the house is still standing and my new springs are installed, now I just wait for them to settle and then alignment for me.

loudsubz this should be easier for you if you have air tools.
If you want I can PM you a list of everything you need and things you might want to do first. Just let me know!
