need help!!

Hey everyone, the other day i decided to paint my vavle cover since the last owner on my car did a s!it job at it, so i finished painting it black and at the same time i decided to do the DIY gm housing headlights( thanks to whoever did that DIY), so while i was installing my lights i had a friend of mine install my vavle cover, while tightening the last bolt in the bottem right hand corner i guess he over tightened and it snapped, I removed the valve cover to see if i can grab it with plyers but it snapped flush with it so i can grab it what do i do???????..........any help will be GREATLY appreciated

its snapped off but still inside and you can't grab it? maybe a magnet would be able to pull it out.. thats the only thing I can't think of other than trying to slide something thin enough down the side and sort of wedge it out..

or if u mean its snapped off flush with the head man jus go to a local shop or crappy tire even they have a lend a tool program and get a ez out worse case scenario and then retap the threads hahha thats why i dont let friends touch **** on my car not that others cant do it but they just dont have the same worries as the owner would there for resulting in a snapped bolt hahha like i always say better to break it yourself then someone else
