Need Help!!
My car is running like **** , bogs like crazy , I think its fuel or timing related... I plugged in an obd 2 reader and got P1399, the book with the reader did not have honda codes , so can someone tell me what this code means or direct me to a site where I can find out. The car is a 2000 sir .

wow interestong code, nether the 96-98 helms had it, nor the 98-01 helms... nor the 96-00 Chilton manual.... honda-tech FAQ didn't have it either. I had to get resourceful on that ***.
