you mean the hub??
well if you've been running on just one bolt i'd seriously consider replacing the hub, having a look at the wheel bearing too..

if all looks good just hit up Honda for 4 new "lug bolts" and replace them..

lug bolts fit into hub..
hub is installed onto spindle..
rotor fits over lug nuts and pushed up against the hub..
caliper fits over rotor (holds brake pads)..
rim is placed over lug bolts and pushed up against the rotor..
lug NUTS are placed on lug bolts to hold on wheel..

lug bolts go into the hub..

you'll be able to hammer "press-fit" in the lug BOLTS
into the hub from behind, as long as the holes for them in the hub
haven't been messed up
it would be alot cheaper to replace the lug BOLTS rather than replacing the whole hub
