It's made of silicone

You mean, do we know anything other than the fact it's made to be used with a Mugen engine?

94EG6HB and ruyyjin... wanna explain this or should I? I mean about volumetric efficiency, fuel maps, sensor inputs, parametric extrapolation... etc

Also expect about 200 kms/tank of gas on a Mugen chip, and expect to replace your O2 sensor and your cat about every 20K kms.

what do you want me to check??

The rich condition will quickly kill your O2 and your cat. That's why I said what I said... Prolly best not to drive it more than needed right now. So what exactly is your question then if you know it runs rich?

ECUs don't make power... hardware makes power, ECUs just maximize the tuning for the parts you have. That's why I said, a Mugen ECU is to be used with a Mugen engine. Otherwise, the tuning is off, and you lose power from overfueling.

hey Atomic, I have my computer Mugen Chipped. I noticed quite a difference or it might just be mentally. When I installed my new tranny and clutch I got my computer programmed and I did notice power increasment. My car hooks a lot better now but that's due to the new tranny and clucth but I noticed a bit of a push in the car's acceleration so that's where the Mugen programs come in play. he also took out my limiter so I have no limiter and I brought her u to 8K and I never noticed a surge in power at 8K which is werid b/c my motor redlines a lot lower but I won't be bringing up to 8K anymore before a Piston goes threw the cylinder wall and into the water jacket b/c of my motors horrible rod ratios.
But yea I noticed a gain and the gas goes down a bit quicker than previously but not much anyway. The mugen programs usually increase the timing and fuel maps.

The Mugen ECU is probably best for really massive cams, or applications of at least 1800cc, that's just my opinion though. 1600cc apps seems to run too rich as you've noticed and it really sucks as a daily driven program

Probably best to swap that thing out asap, or get some huge cams
