ok...someone on the site just did a dpfi-mpfi conversion for me on my sohc zc in my 88 dx...problem is when i got my car back i went to start it and it idled very rough, it actually stalled 2 seconds after i turned it on...i started it up again and it did the same thing so i gave it some gas and the check engine light came on...then the car idled at 1000rpm smoothly...as i was driving it around my area to see how it was i noticed that my car smelled like gas and my gas gauge was going down a lot faster then usual...the car also runs rough at about 3-4000 rpm...so i pulled back my carpet and my ecu code light was blinking...first it blinked 17 times, second it blinked 3 times and third it blinked 5 times...i did some research and heres what i found...

VSS (Vehicle Speed Sensor)
defective circuit or unplugged / defective sensor

defective circuit or unplugged / defective sensor

mechanical problem / disconnected piping

Now my question is what can i do to fix these problems because this is my everyday car and i need to be running properly...any help would be greatly appreciated...thanks

figured out what the problem was...the vaccum line wasn't connected neither was the pcv valve...thanks to everyone who helped...
