Guys, I just checked with Brett at Parkway Honda today, and he quoted me a price of $10/L for Motul engine oil. Is that a good deal? Would that make it a better choice than Amsoil, since there is no more price differential between the two?

i'm not sure if motul is better then amsoil... but they are both top notch oils

I used to use Motul 2stroke in my yamaha 125, smelled good atleast, expensive though, 1L bottle was almost $20.00

motul>amsoil (only marginally) but far more expensive too. Amsoil is best bang for buck... redline, royal purple... those are good too!

I'm using Redline and let me tell you... Its definitly a very good oil.

depends on which grade of Motul u got? for $10/L, seems to be the 6100 series. it's a normal price for that grade, and since the Motul 8100 and 300V series is more expensive.

I am using Motul too. i can tell u it's a great different.. u will love it. my friends ITR hv Redline in it and it's kind of good especially when lapping. but they gone really much faster than Amsoil an Motul
