motor swap wiring question

I just had a D16z6 installed in my crx last week and after going over the engine bay thoroughly I have noticed a couple of plugs which are not plugged in. This may be the reason why it's running like ****e. Here's a pic of the first plug I noticed. This is an overtop view of the tranny. Where does this guy go?? I looked and can not find a home for this 1 wire plug.(please note:this is the 90 crx harness on a 92 motor)

Here's the next plug. This is a shot from underneath the car. This plug was attached to the harness which holds the oil pressure plug and the alternator plug as well as some other plug. This is a two wire plug.

Any help is greatly appreaciated.

Rick

The first plug is the old 02 sensor plug which still leaves the 2nd one.
