to get a teg w/gsr into the 13's will take a fair amount of work.
You will definately need to raise the compression (milling the head is a good/cheap way to raise the compression) and get some headwork (porting/valvejob) done to get that engine flowing really well.
If you're looking for a track car, i'd suggest some Jun3's or Rocket Motorsports, or the good ole skunk2 stage2/3s (blox B's are a cheaper alternative to the skunk2 stage2). Or Skunk2 Pro1's, not the best cam for daily driving, but makes wicked power with lots of midrange.
You will for sure need to get dual valve springs and titanium retainers to handle the higher lift of the bigger cams. Adjustable cam gears are also worthwhile to really get those cams dialed in.
And of course a good header w/2.5" collector and 2.5" exhaust.
And tuning, a must with different cams. A good street tune will really help with the reliability/gas mileage/driveability of your setup (PM me for more info).
Just do some searching for dyno sheets of peoples setups and take notice of which cams they are using and what kind of power they're making.
