yes they fit all dohc vtec cams are interchangable. I would recommend ITR/CTR cams if you want a noticable upgrade. If you ask me its not worth the effort to swap in gsr's. And if you go with ITR/CTR's you should at least raise the compression a little bit.....but thats just my opinion from my experiences.

Are the cams really that noticeable?
If I were to run those cams, would having vtec kick in a 5200 be to low? those cams are supposed to rev to 8400, b16a only revs to 8000....
If I change my rev limit, will I need to upgrade the valvetrain to be able to rev to 8400?

i would upgrade to at least ITR valve train if you want to rev past 8,000.
ITR cams offer 5-8whp over the b16's in stock form. Raise the compression and maybe some headwork and you'll see even more gains. Keep in mind that the ITR head flows better and has a better intake manifold and exhaust manifold and a higher compression compared to a b16.

well itr cam gears are the same as b16/gsr cam gears. But the cams will make a difference. Even more so if you raise the compression. ITR and CTR exhaust cams are the same thing and the CTR intake cam has 2 more degrees duration than the ITR so they're basically the same thing too.

S2S1 cams makes a handful of whp at best over CTR cams.
