Don't get all horny just yet you still have to find a GSR engine with all the mounts ... some engine suppliers don't always have all the mounts on the engines (they part them off and sell them separate for extra cash), which will force you to have to buy the mounts separate...ie from wreckers, Honda, japanese parts suppliers which usually is quite expensive.
A teg rad is recommended but not neccessary.. you can get by for the 1st little while without it.
