Question Mods for a '95 D16Z6 Civic Si Engine

Hey...

I own a '95 Civic Si Coupe with a D16Z6 SOHC engine.
I have already done all the possible bolt-on mods to it(I/H/E), and now I'd like to get inside of the engine, and modify it a little.
I was thinking of changing the cam and pullies over the holidays. I would like to know what kind (brand name, type) of cam/pullies I should be looking for.
Also, I've heard that some shops can modify(grind) my cam for a lot cheaper than buying a new one. Does anyone know where I could get these things in the GTA area for a good price? Maybe someone has a set of used ones, that they're willing to get rid of.
If anyone has any suggestions as to where get these parts, and what kind of HP/torque gains I could possibly achieve, then please let me know.

THANKS
Peter

Cam gears won't do much unless you tune your car to take advantage of them.
Why not get bigger piping on your exhaust?
That would help as well...

Cmshaft...

I'm actually willing to buy a new one or modify my own camshaft...
I'm not willing to buy the adjustable cam gears (I've heard a lot of bad stuff about them).
I've heard that there are shops that modify the camshafs (they weld/grind them, and that it doesn't cost that much, and works well too...).
How much does a new camshaft cost anyways... and what kind (brand/type) should I be looking for?
Any recommendations... store names, or previous experiences???

Thanks in advance

Peter

cams

listen you can get zex cams for like 450 and if you put a skunk2 cam gear on it you will feel a difference, however if you do small things like getting your flywheel lightened with a crank and accessory pulleys you will feel a difference, and you could get your cams cut at most machine shops, cam gears cost like 250 bucks too. think about it
