For the wheel locks, there are 3 things that you can do.
1) Go buy a universal wheel lock remover. They look like a regular socket but they have threads inside that tighten up over the lock nuts. You will prolly have to hammer them on to the locks first. I bought mine from Princess Auto for like $7 back in the day, but I have not seen them there since.

2)If you have the space, you can grind off two flat patches on the lock nut, then toss on an ajustable wrench and use a breaker bar.

3)As a last resort, any mechanic or tire place can remove them for you, but they will generally charge you $10 each one.

For the idle, I had the same problem. Sounds like your IAC (Idle Air Control) valve is going. It is attached to the back of your intake manifold and throttle body. You might need to change that.

if the idle is like that during cold start then check your FITV.

Do you have an after market intake?, if you do one of the hoses could be loose, or if one of the clamps is lose, it would also cause a funky idle

wierd idle could be:

-tb gasket leak
-im gasket leak
-IACV
-throttle plate not closing fully in the tb
-fitv (if applicable)
