mini me swap help

i got a 91 ef se with a D15 B2 n it is madd slow i want to make it go decently for cheap n heard ppl tlkin about the mini swap im wonderin wat exactly i need for this swap n how much power will it give me from 90 hp

for the trouble/money you'd be better off swaping in a d16z6 or jdm d15b and using a SI cable tranny.
