Might be leaking Transaxle fluid-insight please

I noticed a lil puddle off to the passenger side under my car. It was brownish in colour, and I'm sure its not oil, so I'm guessing its my transaxle fluid. Its not a major leak but its still coming out a bit. I checked my fluid level and its still in the crosshatches.

Does anyone know what might be causing this, or anyone have the same situation?

Thanks...

well I had to get this done 3 times to get it done right.

The seal is $10. But the labor and refilling the tranny fluid is what gets you.

It shouldnt cost more than $100 if thats what the problem is.

All used oil is brownish... how about you take a look and see where its coming from before we start taking wild guesses.

How can you not read a post?
To replace the axle seal you need to pop off the axle, replace the seal, and fill up the fluid.

Add the cost of a bottle of fluid, 10dollar seal, and labor.

Plus it was the middle of winter. Its not something you'd wanna do in the middle of the driveway covered in snow....

It seems to be coming from the casing(cover) just under the passenger side, right where the bolts hold it in together. Upon second inspection it now looks like a reddish colour.
