How much HP would you get from say a DC heddar on GSR at the fly and at wheels? (cat back aready on)

I've heard that if you spend a lot of time cleaning up your stock manifold ( die grinder and a lot of patience) you can actually get around the same amount of hp from aftermarket headers, which is not a lot of hp to begin with.
This is just what I have read and let it be know this is not fact!
Sorry I don't have the answer you're looking for! I'm sure ppl that read the mags can tell which will give you the most Hp at the wheels for the money!

that yellow civic by skunk2 that races in the speedvision cup makes a claimed 194hp at the wheels all motor... out of a b16 too... torque can't be that great but it does rev to well over 9000.... all the motor mods are by skunk2 so they must make some good stuff....
