Making your car lighter for racing
there is a lot you can do to make your car lighter before racing, but if you want to shave off every nanosecond you can, don't forget to do the following.
it's my strict pre-race routine that i find is really helpful.
12 hours before the race, ingest a lot of exlax
don't ingest anything else
hit a sauna in the meantime so you lose some waterweight
i had my key remade out of carbon fibre to reduce the weight of the key.
i wear silk boxers and that's it. jeans, tshirts, wallets, all this adds unnecessary weight to the car and bogs down the 4 cylinder 130hp car we all drive.
just trying to help out and give my fellow civic nation the edge!
