CAI or Short Ram...doesn't matter. No hood scoop
2) Springs or Coil overs what is better.
Springs...unless you want height adjustment and a bumpy ride.
3) Do Gsr Leather Seats fit in 1996 Civic Hatch (front and back)
Fronts, yes. Rears - yes...but not perfectly.
4) Is it hard to remove tint
Nope - catch a corner and start pulling. Remove residue (if any) with a razorblade and some goo-gone
5) Painting side skirts, and other modligns is that hard?
Not for a bodyshop Not really for you either if you are prepared to take your time and do it right.

2) if you have the money get a coilover setup (shocks and springs). u'll be much happier with this than just springs alone. with just springs your stock struts will go in no time. you'll have a better ride quality with a good coilover package.

I think for intakes, aesthetics plays a bigger factor than performance gains.

Well, you need to decide what you prefer...
Shocks and springs will give you a nice ride with limited adjustability. About 2 inches down and you will be happy.
Shocks and coils will give you an infinately adjustable ride but along with that comes decreased handling. Coils tend to be bouncy and most guys running coils just eyeball the ride height to get the car level...when in actual fact they shoud be getting it corner balanced to make sure the suspension is performing well...this is pricey to do.

from all the dyno plots i've seen, AEM gives a good peak of 3-5whp over stock and like a spike of 7-10whp in the mid range. this is better than the negative whp you get for short ram's. btw, i dont mean the dynos from AEMs website, this is from the guys at clubsi.

I disagree with you saying that just springs will give you an even height all around, even stock springs are not even all around. Honda even told me that if it's less than 1 inch difference from one side to the other than it's within honda specs. As for coilovers not being level, you can easily make them all exactly the same, you can either count the threads on each shock, or you can just put them all side by side and see if they are all level. Even if you do it that way it'll only be off by less than 1mm. I have my rear coilovers totally even but the left rear still sits lower than the right rear. Exactly the same as with stock springs and shocks.

And your description about your coilover setup proves my point nicely about eyeballing suspension. Thanks.

Okay so what you are saying is that the only way to make a coilover setup perform well that you have to have it corner balanced...correct? I agree that it should be corner balanced, but how do you know that springs will give you equal weight distribution? i don't think it will. I think that counting threads, and measuring to the mm for the coilovers is not really eyeballing it. Even if you corner weigh it, it probably won't be even on all corners. Yes coilovers do tend to be stiffer than springs, but i beleive that a true coilover setup will out perform a shock and spring combo on the track.
