lowering springs

heya guys i am looking to get some lowering springs to take the 4X4 look out of my EG hatch. i just recently mounted some 15" shoes and want to lose the wheel to wheel well gap.

would you guys recomend e bay at all for purchasing some springs and do you know if I would be able to use my stock struts with a 1.5 aprox drop???

also would i be able to swap springs back in forth using the same struts for the winter time?

thanx

I would suggest gettin a good set of springs like teins with a good set of shocks to go with it, its a hell of alot easier to swap them as a unit from winter to summer then it is to do just springs every season, its just 2 much hassle to having to compress your springs 2x a year to get them on and off, but thats just me
