lowered car, upgrade suspension?

I lowered my car a little while ago and I am using stock suspension. The ride is definitely rough because the shocks now how much less travel then before. I was curious to know if it would be worthwhile to upgrade my suspension to something designed for lowered cars. I found this one on ebay, curious to know if you guys think this seems worth it:

I think that is a good enough drop for my car as well. Any opinions? Thanks!

I have no experience with those nor have I really heard about them. Most people will reccommend Koni shocks, either their Red line which is mild but still an improvement from stock or their yellows which are fully adjustable. I have the reds, and I love them.
Doing a search on shocks should bring up a lot of info. Regardless you definitly should replace the shocks.

Why do you recommend dampening adjustable shocks if you dont know his intended use? If you just wanna lower your car for looks etc than a set of tokico blues, koni reds will suit ur needs as they can handle lowering springs and u wont be dumping money into adjustable shocks which you will pretty much never use.

If you plan on tracking your car then adjustable shocks may be useful if your serious about it but otherwise is pretty much useless.

well, I am not going to be circuit racing or anything, if anything just dragging! I just want something that would f.... up my car evertime i go over a bump! I am sure hitting so hard everytime couldn't be too good for it. Just something that will provide a slightly softer ride than the (what feels like suspension-less) ones i have now.

What is the $$$$$$$$$$ I am looking at? How much normally to install them?

its pretty much next to impossible to find an aftermarket suspension that will be softer than the oem ones. Most likely your oem shocks are blown from the lowering springs so getting some koni reds would be a big improvement.

Koni reds are fully adjustable before they go on the car.

You can adjust the dampening to your preference.

Maxed out sure feels great...

Shocks might not be the only matter. What lowering springs did you install? or how did you go about lowering the car?
