any one know what it could be, H22 motor, with low compresstion
machanic told it me was the bottom half of the motor? whatever that means?

so what could it be
piston, piston rings? ?? crank?

it also eats oil, and any one know where i can get a set of nice pistons and rings or just rings?

For an H22, I bet it is the sleeves....I don't think you need pistons. Rings would be a good idea. About 'bottom half'. Are you sure that is what he said, or 'bottom end'. If it is 'bottom end', it could be the connecting rod bearings or main bearings. How much oil is it burning?

a bottol or 2 a month i drive it hard thought, and another thing is where is a godo place to get sleeves done? i heard about that being maybe the problem, but i dont know where i can go to get it done cheap, dont really have 2000 to blow , so i can take teh motor out my self, rip it apart and stuff but where can i get it done

prelude motors are notourious for rings, and a leaking bottom end from year 2000 and newer

see i dont know what he ment cuz i didnt take it to that machinc my brother did and lets say he dosent even know how to change oil, lol soo i dont know what he was told to be exact, but i got the motor off him gonna fix it and then drop it into my EG
