how did you do that comp. test throttle open or closed it needs to be wide open.that could explain your low readings.
after reading everything i still think you need a main relay.

no i have fuel now....

it was open, but either way there is to much variation between the cylinders

got car to semi run, but pumping in fuel with throttle like crazy, ran like it was on 2 cylinders or something..
