I've done searches and have come up pretty much empty handed. Just the usual word of mouth stuff( weaker cams.single spring) I'm looking for actual data.

Was wondering if anyone might have something in thier backpocket

Bruno or Aron any info I know you guys have all the links

help me out

Thanks

Hey SurferBoy... haven't heard from you in hella long time.

Now, for auto B16s, the info will be extremely limited. Look to score some UKDM specs. A UKDM site will be hella helpful in your case. There are some UK guys on Honda-Tech that could perhaps help you out.

Maybe SiR_Y0 cuz of his connections could be of some help, if maybe he has some junkyard dogs in Japan who would know?

cool

I take it you can get a good deal on a auto B16 right? I'd say go to town and take the valve cover off, have a look-see yourself. you just can't trust internet info sometimes.

the place i bought my motor (b16a, manual) had a whole lot of auto b16a's also. I asked them what the difference was and they said that it is mainly the ecu that is different
sorry i couldnt help out... but if u goto the place "Tokyo Auto Parts" (it is near kipling and rexdale) maybe they'll let u see what the difference is ...

Thanks everybody

Steve I'll be seeing you soon I'm coming by the shop
I have another set of cams to put in the car but I want to make sure that the cams are what they are said to be before I put them in.

As for different cams in the auto, they sure do feel like it. Vtec crossover is almost non-existent. Power is not bad but basically no screaming vtec:cry:

Oh well we'll soon change that
