Your car is turboed?

What is "sound like ****" in your definition? Raspy, too loud, too deep, what is it?

yeah my vibrant muffler is loud as shiznit when i get on it. joe told me it'd be quiet but i don't have a resonator on it so it's loud when i get on it. for that size, it's hard to find a muffler thats real quiet but won't hold you back too much. just put a silencer on it or something.

Just get a stock 6cyl muffler, or a flowmaster. They dont flow much better than a stock muffler. What might you lose, like 1 hp. Who cares. Nobody likes a fart can sounding car.

When you increase the piping to 3", it is hard to stay quiet. I suggest Magnaflow again or a longer resonator.

The actual turbine/compressor housing? I fail to see how that make the exhaust quiet.

You are right, I don't own a turbo car.

What is your setup? Stock before and turbo? Or some kind of catback then you went turbo?

i noticed mine getting quieter too, i guess as its passing through the compressor of the turbo quiets it down alot.
but back on topic, are there any cars that come stock with a 3 inch muffler? My guess is a stock muffler would be quietest of all, thats what i wanna do
