Linkages and computer
 

for a stock gsr to go into a bubble back would i have to cut and weld linkages or are there linkages that i can get put in without cutting?

and a computer im boostin a gsr would i stock gsr computer chipped be good or should i get a different computer if so which one and should it be chipped?

you will need 94-01 integra (any model) shifter linkages. They will fit fine without modifying it.
And yes a chipped ecu is a good form of engine management for a boosted car. But it has to be a custom chip burned especially for your car using a dyno and wideband o2.
