Looking for some advice on damper settings...

I'm having Koni Yellows and H&R Sports Springs (Limited Editions) installed on Saturday...

Any thoughts on the setting for the rears?

I won't be able to adjust the rear setting without removing the struts so I want to pick a setting that will have good performance...but won't be so stiff that I won't be able to tolerate it after a few weeks of daily driving...

Let me know what you guys think...and feel free to comment on the front and overall setting combinations too...
