Is it? I am about to buy a set of Neuspeed Koni Yellows with Neuspeed Race Springs, but I am worried about the height adjustments...Thx!

koni yellows are not height adjustable, they are stiffness adjustable, soft to firm.

Coil over kits are height adjustable.

They are height adjustable to a certain extent. Koni Yellows have perches that you can set when you install the springs (Neuspeed has 5 and regular Yellow has 3). In order to adjust them, you need to disassemble the entire shock/spring assembly. You can get +/- 0.75" or so with each version.

Is it possible for a perch to break and for the spring to drop that 0.75" ?

it's always possible for anything to break on your car ... given enough wear and tear things will break....

and if the prech breaks the distance if falls is till something stops it .. there is no "stop" at 0.75 " below the perch ... the prech is movable up and down from stock loaction 0.75" so your reloacting the perch.....not adding another one.....

The perches are "grooves" in the shock housing. You basically move the c-clip to the groove that you want in order to set the height. If the c-clip comes off, you have bigger problems to worry about.

i believe only my rear ones have the perch adjustments. the fronts were only inserts. dont know if it;s the same for all models of koni for all cars

basically he wants to know how to remove the wheel of his car and how to look at the shock to see what landing the perch is on.... you shouldn't have to tell him.....
